Judging methodology

Each eligible nomination is scored by independent judges against published, weighted criteria. Criteria and weights are configurable per category. Judges only see applications assigned to them and cannot see one another’s scores before the judging period closes. Score locking and conflict-of-interest declarations protect integrity.
